Gospell Digital Technology Limited is a leading manufacturer of smart electricity energy
meters and household entertainment gadgets, DTV and Triple-Play solution provider for
Digital TV/OTT in Nigeria. It was founded in 2014 as the first indigenous Printed Circuit
Board, DTT and DTH Set Top Box assembling and manufacturing plant in Nigeria. In
furtherance to the deadline set by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) for
transition from analogue to digital broadcasting; Gospell was among the pioneer
companies licensed by The Federal Government of Nigeria under the National
Broadcasting Commission (NBC) in its desire to ensure that all Nigerians go digital before
the deadline of June 17, 2015, Digital switch over. Gospell Digital is certified as a Meter
Asset Provider in Nigeria by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC).
